511 Traveler Information System

The SunGuide TMC manages the Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) devices that generate traffic images to help traffic managers monitor conditions along our roadways. Currently there 154 devices deployed along Interstate 95, 195, 395, 75, State Road 826/Palmetto Expressway and State Road 5 / US-1. The devices allow for the accurate detection and verification of traffic incidents to reduce congestion and increase safety.
